The Foundation Ride is a rhythm-based ride, but designed for first-time riders, those new to indoor cycling, or those coming back from an injury. This ride helps the rider build an understanding and foundation for indoor cycling. This ride is performed in and out of the saddle, with an introduction to movement on the bike and interval training.
